On the day of my mam’s funeral, everyone went above and beyond, being patient with myself and family and supporting us when we carried my mam ourselves.
Thank you so much for making what was the hardest day of my life so special.

I was handed the task of managing my father’s funeral; I had absolutely no idea what was required or where to start.
I walked into the local branch of Daren Persson in Wallsend and never looked back.
The initial conversation with Suzanne & Heather was so professional, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable that I did not feel the need to visit any other undertakers.
Bill guided me through the entire process, listening to my requirements and offering appropriate advice at every stage: coffin selection, flowers, celebrant and music. The support from Bill, Carl and the staff on the day was exceptional.
The final combination was exactly the service I had envisaged.
I strongly recommend Daren Persson as your first choice.

We have just used Daren Persson services again as my dad (Butch) passed away on Good Friday, The staff are excellent all aspects of giving our loved ones the full dignity that they deserved. Very disappointed that we didn’t get to see mum in chapel of rest and wasn’t kept up to date when mum had been picked up from mortuary. Used Daren perrson previously on two occasions and service was second to none so not sure why we

Used Daren perrson previously on two occasions and service was second to none so not sure why we didn’t receive the same this time.
It would have been very stressful if this has been our first time as wouldn’t have known how things would have ran etc
