We had the misfortune of losing my sister and dad last year, both in quick succession.
I am endlessly grateful for the professional and compassionate service we received.
Roy is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he is exceptionally kind and patient and he made the process much easier to deal with.
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is overwhelming and exhausting. It takes a toll on the mind, body and soul. There is something very special about Roy and how he supports people during this time. After he did such a lovely job for my sister, we were all pleased he was there to help us say goodbye to my dad. I will never forget his manner, professionalism and his willingness to go above and beyond.
Roy was there for us during an incredibly turbulent time for our family, and words cannot fully express how grateful I am for this. His kindness and compassion know no bounds. He shows respect and dignity to those we have lost, but he was also there for us when we needed the most help and support.
Thank you again for all you have done for our family. It will never be forgotten and will always be appreciated.

Daren persson is a great funeral directors.bill one of the team came out to see me about my mums funeral. He put me at ease straight away. And when it came to the funeral it was perfect the flowers were beautiful and the cars were silver Mercedes which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended.
